Gabetti is the only player in the Italian real estate sector able to operate as a Full Service Provider, offering integrated consulting across all areas of Real Estate. Its services are tailored to the needs of individuals, companies, and institutional investors. The Group’s organizational model is based on the synergy and coordination of its specialized companies, operating in the following fields: Advisory, Asset Enhancement, Property Management, Brokerage, Credit and Insurance Intermediation, and Redevelopment. Santandrea is the Gabetti Group brand dedicated exclusively to the luxury real estate market.
The History
1977
Its history dates back to 1977, when Cavaliere Giovanni Gabetti founded Santandrea to focus on high-end properties. The brand takes its name from Via Sant’Andrea, a prestigious street in Milan’s fashion district, where the first office was established.
1980
Santandrea opens an office in Place Vendôme, Paris
1987
A new office is launched in Piazza di Spagna, Rome
1995
The Milan headquarters move to Corso Matteotti, within Gabetti’s executive offices
1997 - 2011
Expansion continues with new offices in Turin, Genoa, Santa Margherita Ligure, Florence, and Naples
2010
Gabetti and Santandrea relocate to the Group’s current headquarters in Via Quaranta, Milan
2017
Santandrea celebrates its 40th anniversary, confirming the growth trend restarted in 2015
2018
The brand enters the Private Banking segment, managing premium clients
2019
Santandrea launches a new business line dedicated to luxury new developments
2023
The brand evolves into Santandrea Luxury Houses & Top Properties and Santandrea Top Rent, with a strategic focus on top-tier properties and short-term rentals
